Enjoy the adventures with the wonders of ARAZ gastronomy!

Thanks to our seven-course degustation menu our guests can get a comprehensive picture on the repertoire of Áron Barka, our chef and the flavours of ARAZ kitchen, without having to spend a long time with browsing the menu card. During this walk of two and a half hours, you can meet stunning creations - come and be part of the experience!

  • Caprese texture with coconut and candied tomatoes - Nyakas Chardonnay 2013.

  • Jerusalem artichoke cream soup with tiger shrimp - Móri Rajnai Riesling 2008

  • Perch pike gratinated with goat cheese, served on a bed of leek and walnuts, with lobster veloutée - Somló Abbey Furmint 2009

  • Pasta stuffed with beef cheek ragout and pumpkin espuma - Takler Gamay 2012

  • Lingonberry sorbet with thyme and cassis shot

  • Duck breast prepared under pressure, with corm gnocchi and sour cherry emulsion with pepper - Gere Cabernet Sauvignon 2010.

  • Dark chocolate variation - Bujdosó Sirocco 2009.

Available for maximum 15 people

Parking is free in our underground garage in Nyár street.

Due to limited space, a reservation is required which shall be made until Monday 19:00 h in order to ensure the perfect preparation of our chef.
